As these are a purely digital products we sell, returns, refunds, exchanges, etc are not possible normally. Once an order is placed it will be delivered.
If a duplicate purchase has been made by the same buyer on accident, please reach out to us with both order numbers. We then can substitute a different item of equal value for you.
If the wrong platform was selected, please reach out to us asap so we can correct and fill instead with the correct version (Kemper, QC, ToneX, HeadRush, etc)
